This policy covers the SM Digital Ventures website. Our products that have their own websites or apps, such as Unlock Money, have their own terms and privacy information on those platforms.

When you send the enquiry form, we store what you enter: your name, mobile number, email address if you give one, the product or service you chose, your message, and the page the form was sent from. It is saved only when you press Send; until then it stays in your browser.

We use this information to contact you about your enquiry. We do not store your IP address or device details with it. The website has no visitor accounts and takes no online payments.

Like most websites, the hosting service keeps standard technical logs, such as the address of the page requested, the time, and the IP address and browser type of the device making the request. These are used to keep the site running and secure.

If you call or message us, we receive your phone number and whatever you choose to tell us. We use it to reply to you and to discuss your enquiry. WhatsApp is a separate service operated by its own provider, and its own privacy policy applies to messages sent through it.

This website does not currently use advertising cookies or analytics tracking. If that changes, this page will be updated before it does.

Enquiries are kept in a database operated for us by our hosting providers and can be read only by authorised staff. We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the website, or when the law requires it. To have your enquiry deleted, contact us.

When the website starts collecting information in a new way, this policy will be updated to describe it.
